Since 2011, M.J. O’Connell has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colonial Hardware. In this role, M.J. oversees all business for Colonial Hardware including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Corporate Resources.
M.J. started working for Colonial Hardware as a part-time employee in 1984 until his graduation from Villanova University in 1993. From 1993 to 2011 M.J. served as Vice President of Domestic Sales for Colonial Hardware. During that time, he also received an advanced degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M (1995).
Bill Keenan has been with Colonial Hardware since January of 2013 and was promoted to Sales Manager in 2019. Bill is also an outside salesman who primarily handles NJ and Staten Island accounts.
Prior to Colonial, Bill spent 10 years with Dewalt Stanley Black & Decker as an account manager. Bill graduated from the University of Maryland in 1997 with a BA in Communications.
Don Schwartz has worked in Industrial Tool Sales for over 35 years, including positions with Dresser Industries, and Ingersoll-Rand. With a degree in Business and Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego, he has helped build Colonial’s Contract Management System over the past 20 years.
If you need an item, he can find it for you. In his spare time, Don is an avid runner and enjoys traveling with his wife.
Steve Wujcik brings over 40 years of experience in the Construction Equipment and Tool industry to Colonial, including 23 years as a Construction Equipment Specialist at John Deere. Since joining the company in 2003, he has been responsible for sales and repair services in the Metro NY area.
Steve has a BS in Business Administration/Management from Mercy College. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting, restoring, and racing motorcycles as well as collecting classic cars.
Randy Saltzman has been a salesman for Colonial Hardware for over 35 years.
Randy brings value to the team with his wealth of knowledge and experience which translates into being able to easily interpret and understand what customers want.
Prior to working for Colonial, Randy worked at Harold Dessau Inc. for 5 years. Randy graduated from Queens College NY in 1978 with a BA in Accounting.
Since 1999, Steve Henshaw has been a salesman for Colonial Hardware.
After taking numerous certification courses with leaders in the industry including Milwaukee Tools and Ridgid, his product knowledge is superior. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their products.
Steve graduated from Fort Hays State University with a BA in Business Administration.
David Chiariello has worked for Colonial Hardware since graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2016.
After completing courses at Milwaukee Tools, Dewalt, Ridgid, Greenlee, and 3M he has gained valuable product and industry knowledge. David’s energy, drive, and commitment have led him to become a vital member of the sales team as well as one of the top salesmen.
